A California man was arrested after an alcoholic beverage control officer charged him with driving under the influence of caffeine, even though his blood alcohol level showed no traces of alcohol, cocaine, opiates, oxycodone or any other drug. The man had exhibited 'erratic and reckless driving.' Prosecutors were convinced their guy had drugs in his system but couldn't prove it.
